The Construction Journey
We started by removing trusses above the existing garage and ensuring the pier footing could handle the additional weight. New floor joists and beams were installed, laying a solid foundation for the expansion.
At the back of the garage, we built a new block foundation to support the UTV garage addition. During demolition, we discovered the existing roof was at the end of its service life, so we replaced it, ensuring the home was protected and up to date. In the bathroom, we installed three new Pella Impervia windows, allowing natural light to flood the space. Our client's foresight in pre-selecting all fixtures and finishes ensured a smooth and efficient installation process.

The new UTV garage seamlessly integrated with the existing structure, blending perfectly with the home's overall design.
The Bathroom Transformation
The bathroom now exudes both functionality and elegance:
